Suite #4: Queen Bedroom, queen sleeper in living room, with french doors into the bedroom, huge kitchen, full bath.  Backs to the mountain. Front yard.  Suite 4 is the only one downstairs in the Carriage House. (sleeps 4)

Suite #5: Queen Bedroom, queen sleeper in living room, fireplace, full kitchen and full bath. Huge deck with great view. (sleeps 4)
