POLICIES:

All rooms are non-smoking and to protect our wildlife visitors, sorry, but no pets are allowed.

ALL our rooms are non-smoking at all times

All rates are based on two-night minimum stay. (Single night stays subject to availability, rates slightly higher.) Please note that season rates apply on holidays.

Extra person charge for more than two people is $7.00 per person.

Units with kitchens have: range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishes, toaster, silverware, pots and pans.

We do not do daily maid service.  Clean towels available on request.

Rates quoted are for 2 guests and subject to change.

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

You are responsible for your entire reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation/change fee for cancelling or changing any part of your reservation.

GROUPS (of 3 or more rooms) REQUIRE a non-refundable 50% deposit.
